Limerick Printmakers Studio exists to promote printmaking as an art form. It is the only studio of its kind in the West of Ireland. Here artists can create work using a variety of methods and exhibit it freely in the studio galleries. Visitors can enjoy contemporary monthly exhibitions showcasing work in a variety of media, including etching, lithography, silkscreen, relief and monoprint. Other events include classes, workshops and demonstrations. Currently around 30 to 40 artists work here.
