Some 9000 years of Irish history and heritage are packed into this park’s 35 acres. Visitors can follow the Heritage Trail and step back into a world of Vikings, Normans and Celts. Highlights include a Celtic farm with ancient animal breeds, stone-age tombs, a horizontal water mill and a Viking house. Guides are always on hand to answer questions. Events include reenactments, craft demonstrations and family fun days. A restaurant serves Irish cuisine and a craft shop sells quality Irish crafts.
