Number Two Pery Square is in the heart of Georgian Limerick and it’s regarded as one of the finest Georgian houses in Ireland. Built in 1838 and later converted into flats, it has since been turned back into a single house and restored by Limerick Civic Trust. Their work has been a great success and the house is now a popular attraction with exhibitions covering Limerick’s history and Frank McCourt’s novel, Angela’s Ashes, which is set in Limerick.
