Galway Races are famous the world over and visitors travel from its farthest corners to attend its race meetings. The most popular of all is probably the October Bank Holiday Meeting, where children can join in the fun courtesy of Galway’s Halloween celebrations. Galway’s Summer Festival is another popular meeting, and other attractions include free entry for children under 14, a big-screen Tote, a bar, a restaurant and a free race-card draw every day.
