Desmond Banqueting Hall

The Desmond Banqueting Hall is an impressive 15th-century two-storey hall with an adjoining tower. It’s one of many medieval halls that have survived in West Limerick. The place where the Earls of Desmond partied and entertained, its medieval features include an oak musicians’ gallery and a limestone-hooded fireplace. The Hall was recently restored and is now managed by the state. Access is by guided tours only. There is limited disabled access.
