Crag Caves make up a million-year-old lime-stone cave system. Running for nearly four kilometres under Castleisland, the system is one of the largest in Ireland. Guided tours of around 30 minutes take visitors through a gallery of stalagmites and stalactites and reveal how they and the cave were formed. A cave centre here is home to a restaurant serving home-cooked meals and Craze Cave, an indoor adventures centre for children up to 12 years old, and a separate toddler and play area.
