Ballybofey and Stranorlar Golf Course may be less well-know than other courses in the region, but it an outstanding course nonetheless. Moderately long, it is attractive but challenging, with 18 holes, the 16th of which is on the shore of Lough Alan. It is around 5000 metres long. Many of the fairways are lined with trees and the course looks out over the beautiful Finn Valley and Donegal Mountains. Ballybofey and Stranorlar Golf Course was established 46 years ago.
